My player slots is not exactly the same

I need some help with player slots.

in my server.cfg i set “sv_maxclients 512” (I HAVE PREMIUM lICENSE KEY)

But in game show me i have 32 player slots. WHYY ??

but my server run in 512 slots, but in search menu show me i have 32
