My PC crashes into a random colored screen of death randomly while playing * doesn't happen in other games *

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? None
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I don’t have any

Also add what you already tried so far.

• Reinstalling GPU drivers ( Worked but for about 2-3 days but then started crashing again )
• Resetting BIOS settings
• Cleaning out PSU dust
• Cleaning out GPU dust from heatsink and fans

P.S Before you say that this is a hardware related issue, keep in mind this DOESN’T happen in other games even in GTA 5, only FiveM.

Forgot to mention that I have a bunch of mods in my GTA 5 directory.Some of them are broken,some of them work.

Removing these would be a decent start. For good measure I suggest you reinstall GTAV from scratch.

Alright I will remove everything tonight and reinstall the game from scratch

Played for about an hour and then got a green screen of death.

Try to update your gpu’s drivers.Other than that you can check for windows erros and try this command on cmd SFC /SCANNOW

my GPU drivers are the latest.One setting usually caused my pc to crash and I think that might be the reason but I don’t think this happened before.Gonna give it a try with that setting disabled.

Still happening but this time my screen went black, my gpu fans slowed down, I got a no signal message on my monitor, my gpu fans sped up again and my game was not responding.Like I said, this doesn’t happen in other games.

Try to reinstall FiveM and GPU Drivers.

I tried to reinstall fivem but not my GPU drivers.I will give it a try. If you are using a nvidia gpu, can you tell me your nvidia control panel settings ? I wanna make sure im not using any glitchy settings.

I reinstalled the drivers.Gave it about 30 minutes and no crashes but fps seems low and stuttering happens frequently.I can live with that.Don’t go anywhere though, it may happen again randomly.

In case you didn’t, you should definitely use a tool called “DDU” (Google it) to uninstall your drivers, then reboot, then download the latest ones, reboot again and from there you should be good to go.

Alright, was just making sure that that was the way you reinstalled.

Everything worked perfectly and now I suddenly got a white screen.My screen was completely white and I heard the same word repeatedly.I did no changes, the only change I really did is change my resolution to 1920x1080 with 16:10 aspect ratio

Also, I changed from DX 10 to DX 10.1 because of some weird issues.DX 10.1 introduced the white screen of death but fixed those issues.Those issues might’ve also been server-side as they don’t happen in any other servers.
