My mouse decides to stop when turning left, but not right

Just a quick explanation, whenever I’m in game my mouse doesn’t like to look left, it starts to move but then ‘flickers’ or ‘lags’ is the best way I can put it. It seems to not happen as much when going at slower turning speeds. This happens on almost all servers I go on, if I’m in a vehicle or not and if I’m aiming down sights.

Also, add what you already tried so far:
Tried uninstalling completely, then reinstalling.
I’ve tried changing my mouse.
Tried to change resolution, mouse input, sensitivity and third/first person settings
Looked through the forums, steam forums/guides, rockstar forums and google but couldn’t find anything to do with my problem.
There’s been a few similar posts but are still quite a bit different, the closest post had not been solved and was slightly different.
