My Home Hosted Server Will Not Go Public For Some Reason (Help Needed!)

I am trying to get my home hosted server working so I can create a comunity with my firends, The Youtube videos I follow don’t work and are still not getting my server online so people can join. I have set up the ports and everything in the firewall both on my Router and Windows and still haveing the same issue, I have tryed going into the server.cfg and changing UDP on the top still no fix. Any solutions would be a great help!

Done the above, Now my server key is saying

Query error

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Connection refused <- System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Connection refused (47.213.226.230:30120)

but looks like port problem to me.

Does canyouseeme.org say the port is open?

No it does not

The port is fixed now but people can still not connect to my server even after doing what The_Sibrev Said to
