Lack of information really, is it a dedicated server host? Or hosted on your own pc? If it’s hosted on your pc your probably have a dynamic IP which will change frequently. Double check the previous IP to your current
Ensure your portforward is sending them to your ipv4 address, 30120 being the port to forward so the only other reason I can think of, have them connect via f8: connect ip
