So my friend recently installed fivem on a legit social club copy of gta v he keeps getting some weird error
I tried to installe fivem for him using team viewer here is the pic he keeps getting this error even though he is sure he entered his information correctly he just logged in and then got the error

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again:no he did not but he did reinstall the app
System specifications: the gpu is 1060 he has a preety good pc
What did you do to get this issue: he logged into his account when fivem asked him
