My FiveM wont start and i have tried everything

GTA V version? The latest and FiveM worked fine earlier today
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? First social club then i uninstalled gta and bought it on steam and it still doesnt work
Windows version? Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes

NVIDIA GTX 1060
Intel i5-8600k 3,60GHz
16 GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? First a played on a server and my game crashed then when i tried to connect to the server i got stuck at “connecting to server” so i tried to reinstall FiveM then it wouldnt start and i have reinstalled it many times.
What server did you get this issue on? A swedish server multistaden

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalled Gta5 and tried both social club and steam version and reinstalled FiveM multiple times
