My Fivem wont get past the Rockstar R after I put my info in

Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Rockstar
Windows version: The newest
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications: not for sure but I know for a fact my pc meets the minimum requirements
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): I don’t have any

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? After I click on the desktop icon of fivem it loads a screen then it takes me to Rockstar’s login and after I put that in it load the logo R for like 5 - 10 seconds then just vanishes

What are you trying to do? load onto the server listing’s of fivem

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have reinstalled fivem then I checked gtas integrity also restarted my pc and shut it off just to make sure its wasn’t and easy to fix problem

What did you do to get this issue? after opening fivem I logged in to the Rockstar login then it wouldn’t get past the loading with the Rockstar logo
