Can I ask what file this is? Is it dangerous?
It’s actually NVIDIA’s driver that’s creating these to cache shaders. It’s not supposed to happen (as a general rule FiveM does not modify your GTA V installation) but it’s a known bug with the last few NVIDIA drivers. You can delete these files but the driver will probably recreate them again.
On reddit, for the 565.90, 566.03 and 566.14 drivers it’s mentioned in the “Additional Issues” section
[Shader Cache] when “Shader Cache size” is set to disabled, cache files may still be created [4895217]
For the newer 566.36 driver it’s not mentioned but I’m not sure if it’s fixed.

I’m not 100% sure if it’s fixed but @zaxcsqwde can you try updating your NVIDIA drivers, deleting these files and see if they still get created after playing FiveM for a bit?
