My FiveM keeps crashing even before it loads the game with error code Oregon-Summer-Football GTA+7C0EAA

**What did you do to get this issue?**just tried to open up FiveM
**What server did you get this issue on?**None since i cant select a server before it crashes

Reinstalled gta and FiveM

Are you positive you actually deleted your caches.xml because If i am correct you are still loading resources from a server. Either that or the issue is occuring whilst you are joining a server?

Yes i am and it crashes at a variety of times sometmes wont even load 5M but then others it will load the game then crash or then others it will start to load the sever then crash
