When ever I try to launch FiveM It will start to download something and display this through the starting splash screen but then will close with 0 error message. What are you trying to do?
I am trying to launch FiveM to play on servers. What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have tried verifying my GTAV game files, I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing GTAV on Steam, and then I have tried uninstalling FiveM and the reinstalling. However, reinstalling FiveM will fix my issue but it only fixes it on the first launch. After I have closed FiveM it does the same thing. Error screenshot (if any):

I have no clue. What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I have only had this issue on EnvisionRP as it is the only server I am playing on and I do not think it is a server issue because none of my friends that play on the server are having the same issue. I have not tried to join a different server.

As I have stated in my post. I have already tried to uninstall and then reinstall both FiveM and GTAV. When I do uninstall FiveM and reinstall, the first launch works how its supposed to. I can play until my game closes. Once my game does close however and I try to launch FiveM again I start to run into this problem. I have tried using VPN and that does not work either.
Where could I find this to remove it? If you are talking about the data folder that appears in the “FiveM Application Data” folder in appdata\local\FiveM then I do not have it (refer to images used in original post).
I would probably delete the entire FiveM folder from appdata after uninstall of FiveM and delete the CitizenFX folder you can find in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming
Data file isnt there. I deleted FiveM folder in local and then deleted CitizenFX folder in roaming. Re-installed and same thing. It would work on the first launch but if I try to close my game and then re-launch it would crash
