And Also my game takes up to 8k-12k MBs on my memory and i know thats not good so that might be the issue

I got none it just freezes no crash dump and the game is just broken ive asked so many people they all dont know how to fix and ive sent crash dump files before when my game crashed propely and i could save the dump but now it just freezes then crashes and i cant save anything sorry man and ive reset my pc nothing worked

For DirectX, check if your Windows installation has any uninstalled update, otherwise search for it on Google since DirectX12 gets auto-installed with Win10
