Try going to C:\Users*Username*\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\crashes delete everything in there!
If that doesn’t work go to C:\Users*Username*\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM.app\data\cache delete everything but the game folder. (If there isn’t a game folder just delete everything!)
After each step try connecting to a server. Let me know if this works. If not just reply here.
