i download the fivem, and i run the exe and it downloal files and after its write a crash massage

Well something must be starting it as administrator, otherwise you wouldn’t see that error message afaik.
right click on it, goto properties and make sure “run as administrator” isnt check marked.
I have too, this problem and it does not come from the administrator.
if you get the same message then its running under administrative privlidges question is why.
Its to hard to tell as this would be more of a Windows related issue with permissions.
