My FiveM crashes everytime I try to start it... And I tried literally everything

What is the issue you’re having?

So everytime I try to start my FiveM, after it downloads the Local Files and all of that, I get an error and it says “Failed to read critical Windows information. This may indicate an unusual system configuration. Please ensure you’re using a standard Windows installation.”
I already asked support, but they told me to make a post here, so here I am haha…
Please help me, I just wanna play again bro

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I tried the following things:

  • I removed every cheat and spoofer I used for Roblox, because ChatGPT said, this interferes with my Windows Configuration. (After that I restartet my PC.)
  • I cleared all my “Start upon PC Boot” programs, that looked shady, or that I didn’t know. (After that I restartet my PC.)
  • I checked in my “msconfig” if there was any shady programs, that I didn’t know (there wasn’t)
  • I repaired my Windows with “cmd” “sfc /scannow” → “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth”. (After that I restarted my PC.)
  • I resetted my WMI (Whatever that is) → After that I restarted my PC.
  • I COMPLETELY reinstalled FiveM (I deleted all the files out of appdata and %temp%
  • I checked if my Windows is normal (winver or smth)

What server did you get this issue on?

I’m not ChatGPT, but I will also tell you to reinstall Windows as your solution. Whatever “scripts” you used for Roblox or whatever messed your system up too much, and a clean reinstall is the only way to fix it.
And also, for the love of all that is Holy, STOP RELYING ON CHATGPT

It’s right by pure luck mostly, don’t rely on AI for anything that’s remotely important. It’s not magic and it’s not omnipotent lol
