Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing it’s not starting
What server did you get this issue on? no one

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? just windows
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

I tried take folder of others people, reinstall, I think i made all in my mind.

My Five M is showing the connexion screen of social club:
