When i am not in FiveM I can hear my friend just fine (we are talking through discord) but when i am in FiveM he goes either completely silent or I can barely hear him. Any advice on how to fix it.
I just upgraded to an AMD Processor and i got windows reinstalled.Could it be that?

Just download (I had some issues with that too but i somehow managed to make it work) and turn on the game after reinstalling What server did you get this issue on?
The Bulgarian Roleplay but now i get it whenever i turn on FiveM

He has turned his microphone up as far as he can and i have turned his volume to 200% in discord but i still hear him at whispering volume even when he yells.
So you’re saying he’s quiet on Discord and in-game? With that being said, we can assume this is some sort of microphone problem with the user.
Maybe ask him to to find his sounds > Recording > get him to right click on the microphone he uses and select Properties > head over to Levels > turn that scale all the way up.
No i’m sorry i didn’t read carefully enough .In the in game voice chat i can hear him perfectly but when FiveM is turned on discord goes silent until i turn off FiveM
