My computer turns off every time I access the clothing menu or the cashier in GTA V

What is the issue you’re having?

My computer turns off every time I enter the clothing or ATM menu in GTA V. If I don’t access that menu I can be in the game without problems although my money is stolen all the time because I can’t deposit it. I have already taken my PC to several technicians and they found all the parts in optimal condition, I cleaned the cache of FiveM and my PC, I set the graphics to low, I reinstalled Five M, I put the power on high performance and it turns off without an error message. I really need someone to help me with this issue because no one from the LAFAMA server has had this problem.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

-cleaned cache on PC and FiveM
-reinstalled FiveM
-set my graphics to Low
-downloaded direct x and Visual ++
-go to techs twice -they said my PC is perfect (I just have problems with GTA Online)
-cleaned all the components of my pic
-cleaned my storage PC
-setting my processor power to 80%
-power plan now is high performance
-my GTA V is legit
