My account is stuck on session — Error: "Your account is already being used to play on FiveM"

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello, I keep getting this error when I try to join any FiveM server:

“Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM. Please end your current session first, and try to connect again.”

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

have already:

  • Closed all processes (FiveM.exe, GTA5.exe, SocialClubHelper.exe)
  • Cleared the FiveM cache
  • Restarted my PC and router
  • Fully uninstalled and reinstalled FiveM

But I still get the same error before connecting to any server.

Could you please reset my active session or help me unlink it?

What server did you get this issue on?

i play in greek servers my main server is EM 2025 but i tried in others to join and it was the same issue

Windows version

Windows 10 64-bit

System specifications

i dont know

Antivirus software

Windows Defender
