I got a serious question on how your Discord is managed.
I recently, well some days ago i asked in your Discord about a resource, and if someone could help me with it. First thing happened, 1 guy mouthing, no resource help! I just said, well i did however ask. After that another 2 joined in with the same dumb answer. And afterwards i have been muted for an uncertain time, no information nothing on behalf of that mute.
After all, someone could have aswell volunteered to help me, but i didnt had luck, and on the forum here, i never received an answer on my question on the resource.
Second question:
Is there any option to hide the bridgeview that shows on the lower right corner the resources starting?
We use a custom loading screen with information for New Players, and since this bridge thing came up, they dont have that much time of gathering the information they should from this screen.
Mutes on the discord really don’t need to be discussed or talked about on the forums even more so in “Technical Support” as with your second question I’m not entirely sure, you can still have a custom loading screen however after your players have loaded they will see the bridgeview.
Well im ok by not getting help in discord, but its not like wouldve had spammed the discord. literally asked once and soon after i was muted. And no i dont have a clue who may have muted me, i just realised 2 days later, when i was checking the support channel.
Just so you’re aware, the discord is globally muted for everyone who does not have a role. If you’d wish to have access to it you would need to either nitro boost the guild or donate via Patreon.
