Does anyone know the correct way of playing music on servers? Some publishers sell radio or speaker scripts for listening to YouTube music, etc. Marttins from MT Script told me this is not allowed from Rockstar side.

You are not allowed to play music/content that violates copyright law. As far as I could tell from asking during the the acquisition, purchasing a third party license that lets you play music is also not allowed by the TOS.
My understanding is that if you used these tools to play music you made/had the rights to (in the case of CC/other open licenses) you would be allowed, although Iām not sure if the TOS has any language specifically banning the use of streaming resources.
