You will need to work with the server support staff and potentially your ISP to help you troubleshoot why this is happening
i already ask the staff and they ask me to use WARP. after i use WARP i can hear the voice but sometime i hear robot voice and not clear. if i dont use WARP i cant hear people voice again.
WARP has reliability issues but it’s better than nothing; if you have the ability to do so, try using a VPN service for now, until you can figure out why your usual network has issues.
using VPN doesnt work for me. the problem still happen.
Alright, I suggest contacting your ISP support staff and explaining your issue to them, it’s a routing error of some kind that may very well be on their side; even if it’s on yours, they should have the knowledge on how to find the cause and fix it.
