Mumble constantly trying to connect bug

For a good bug report you should probably include:

1. I am currently using client canary and just left/got kicked for AFK from a FX server with the version 3147

2. I expect my game not to look for Mumble (i think that is happening) whilst on the FiveM home screen.

3. My game is constantly trying to connect to mumble.

4. Client bug type.

5. Uhh, have mumble-voip on the server, have mumble on, get kicked from the server.
