What is the issue you’re having?
A player disconnected from the FiveM server, but still remained online in mumble. It fails to kick them, and their proximity location is stuck permanently in an in-game session- I can tell because this user case had a hot (active) mic.
What are you trying to do?
Disconnected players connected to mumble shouldn’t be happening
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Logged into the mumble server, checked the playerid shown in mumble client & confirmed it is indeed a disconnected player. No entities/anything could be detected at the source of the sound from my investigations (checking for entities, players in the area), I moved all players out of the effected session (Hub 1 in Mega’s Games) to make sure it wasn’t another player; I also hear them via mumble client, & in-game.

Joined the server, noticed a random active microphone coming from no where.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
