Multiple Servers with same license Key Question

Can I use my license key for a server that I don’t host but that I’m part of the team. I don’t run an active server myself but use my second key for a dev server?

You should not use the same key for 2 or more servers - reason is that it can confuse FiveM’s backend processes and one server may show up in place of the other, leading to people having issues joining etc
Do your best to have each individual server on its own key; particularly the “live” server where people play, that should always have its own unique key that is not used anywhere else.

I use a different server as a dev server than the actual public server.
My question is whether it counts under key sharing since I’m not the host, just part of the team.

I’m not up-to-date on how the rules are in regards to key sharing nowadays, however for safety it is best that whoever owns/rents the actual physical machine that the server is being ran on also runs it on their own key from their CFX account.

I will wait for an official response before handing over the key.

Dont use the same key on multiple servers as mentioned above.

If you are part of the team, you can safely use your key for the community.
It’s not allowed to sell or rent keys to others.

I am not. I am using 2 keys on 2 servers. 1 for the dev server and 1 for the community server.
