MULTIPLE ERRORS ON START

I’m having some random issues while starting and playing FiveM,
Several errors that trigger on different steps of game starting process, this included errors like

  • INIT_BEFORE_MAP_LOADED

  • DXGI_DEVICE_REMOVED

  • GTA5_b2372.exe!_runReaderThreadTick
    and other that a can’t find now

Environment questions

GTA V version: 1.0.2944.0 (reported by props from GTA5.exe)
Up to date: Yes
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Steam
Windows version: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications:

  • GIGABYTE H110M-H-CF
  • Intel Core i3-7100
  • 12 GB DDR4 SDRAM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

What is the issue you’re having?

What are you trying to do?
The game randomly crashes with no apparent pattern, like:

  • before Fivem login page shows
  • before Joining a server
  • While joining a server
  • In game loading page
  • In game play
    My last crash occours after I accept invite link on discord, then back to game, click next and it crashes with this message:
    sc_last_crash

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have different errors, but only one print, shown above

What did you do to get this issue?
Open the game and try to play

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
Infinity RP, Flow RP (these run sometimes, all brazilian), some others also runs by I not remember names.

Additional comments

  • I’ve tested this in a GTX 730 with Windows 10 Pro and still running “sometimes”
  • Sometimes I can play to hours, sometimes not event game opens
  • I updated/uninstalled/reinstalled gta/steam/fivem tons of times
  • This is persistent (maybe 6 months trying)
  • I’ve tested hardware stability with OCCT, with no issues
  • Maybe a disk error? if yes, why D3D errors here?
