More than 100% cpu usage on dedicated server

i have a dedicated server runing only fivem getting more than 100% cpu usage why ?
server specs
2x Intel Xeon E5620 2.40Ghz, 8 Cores, 16 Threads
16GB REG ECC DDR3 RAM

Use htop. You will then be able to see that FXServer is using multi cores, hence likely over “100%”
