More car seats on custom car skins?

Hello, I have some skins that can take up to 5 people but for some reason it only lets 2 people in. Where do I change that? On the Carvariations.meta or something? Thanks in advance

Yes, I mean custom skined vehicles!

A skin has nothing to do with the vehicle seats, that would be on the model and meta side of things, if anyone is still encountering this problem.
