I am trying to download some road mods called 0_PCMR Liberty 1.0 Roads.rpf. but when i place them into my “mods” folder, the mods dont actually load and the mesage in the bottom of my screen saying “x mods loaded” is not there.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have tried deleting citizen, plugins, mods folders to reset it and I have deleted all the caches
