A small rural clinic for the Grapeseed area and its surroundings in the great state of San Andreas! Created for Popcorn Roleplay, we worked with our partners to build on our current clinic which needed some major updating and decided to release it to the great FiveM community!

Don’t want people locking themselves inside!

We might do some updates in the future to add additions to it, but for the time being, it’s going to be left wide open.

Thanks! We’re always trying to release something “new”, always appreciate releases like that too. Hoping to eventually release some stuff in North Yankton if we get the time.

Yeah I feel that North Yankton never got the praise/attention it needed, I do not know the reason of the lack of “rework/remade”. I’m not map dev so Idk how hard is to modify North Yankton’s base from the game, so I thought that this combined to having so little details while in NY, made people have less interest on maybe finishing the non-collision parts?

Problem is two things:

• North Yank doesn’t have borders so you fall off the map (could probably be fixed easily through some kind of resource that teleports people back or kills them as if they entered a snow storm) and there are strange collisions everywhere.

• It conflicts with cayo perico unless you use a resource to only load in the ipl assets in a bucket.

We’ve done some of that in GitHub - alberttheprince/NorthYankton: A resource to enable North Yankton without interfering with the Cayo and San Andreas Map our release, just a lot more work needs to be done for the border, weird collisions, and incomplete buildings/low quality textures.

As I thought, unfortunately its a hard demanding work. Sad that rockstar made that strange decision where they had all that unused sea area haha, why place everything in the same corner bugs me.

Still, I really appreciate that you guys took some time to release that resource, I’ll be always be looking out as I know it’s not easy, so have a great day and thank you for explaining more to me!
