Is there audio occlusion built in? Especially interrogation rooms so voicechat will not be heard everywhere.
To ensure better optimization, I have used separate rooms (in the ytyp file) for rooms that need to be soundproofed (such as interrogation rooms and cells) separated by portals. This prevents sound from escaping from the rooms. However, if you need to soundproof the interior more, the ytyp and ymap files are available at your disposal and should not be blocked (if you can’t read them, write to me on the DC channel, I will try to do it for you )
File size? Also, would it be possible to add some morgue lockers to the forensics lab?
The size is 255mb, but the whole thing is divided into several separate files to maintain the best optimization. You can add props on request, join my DC create a ticket and describe what you would like to add and where, or if you would like to do it yourself, you can do it by adding props to the ytyp file, which is unlocked and thus it is possible to edit all props in the lab. Only props for which the Archetype was created are not subject to changes, but there are few of them and the Archetype itself can be removed by hiding it under the map
Is the whole map unlocked? Like if I wanted to port it into blender to add stuff to the shell and mlo could I?
Unfortunately no, the map is locked for security reasons. However you can add new props by editing the ytyp file
but i can also change the logos on the building, can i ? ( because of different rp-setting ? )
Yes, not only LOGO, you can edit all stickers, change door fonts, etc. In the latest update I made it a bit easier to extract it. Namely, now the YTD folder has been added where you can find all available stickers, etc. for editing. Just save the texture and replace them with your own. You can edit the vast majority of things
Hi Octavia,
I will leave this review with a good intention so please don´t take it the wrong way.
I was hoping this would be an amazing map. The video was well produced, so I´ll give you that.
But the map is terrible regarding expectations for what we have in the market right now.
But I will try to be as constructive as I can.
- The paper-thin walls that look unrealistic
- The flat corridors with no life
- The useless stairs to the top
- The poor textures all around the map
- The no useful spaces where in an RP server MUST be useful
- Doors on the Ground floor with no use
- Various portals bugged causing objects and doors to be missing
I can see this is one of the few maps you did, I wish I didn´t spend my money on this, but, it is what it is.
Hopefully, this is the beginning of amazing projects for you.
I will leave a link to an album with some photos, it might help you.
Good luck in the future man.

Hey! I have nothing to be offended about, and I take the comment personally, unfortunately, but in our country older computers still reign, so some players would have problems with performance if I filled the corridors with more life, the same unfortunately applies to some textures that have been “flattened” for optimization reasons. Most textures are simply taken from the base GTA. Today, all the errors you reported will be fixed and in the next update, you won’t have to see them anymore Thank you very much for your honest opinion, because it helps me develop and create better content. The Police Department itself is constantly updated and improved, so if you see more errors, report them all to me and they will be fixed in the next updates

In today’s update I have solved the problems you wrote about, please check it out and if you still notice something, please report it However, I still plan to release one more update in which I will add more “Life” to rooms and corridors, it will be optional, however, and everyone will be able to choose which one they want to use.
That´s amazing man, i will make sure to try it out and see how it is now. Good job brother
