This map is located in Sandy Shores, lake area. Model includes a bait shop, a market, a cafe and the dock itself. The dock is made with preaged wooden materials to fit the concept of Sandy Shores itself. The bait shop, market and the cafe is all together in one wooden building in the dock. Bait shop fits the theme of the dock so you can add some items to buy for a fisher job perhaps. The market is designed as the local market in GTA V, so it doesn’t look isolated from other. The cafe is a small town concepted cafe, it’s really small with a bar and a main desk. Some tables are located in front of the cafe for the players to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. This map incluedes all these in one pack.
