Enabling this MLO will remove NPC helicopters from the map.

Not just helicopters. It stops all scenarios, like animals, NPC’s hanging out everywhere. It’s the YMT in the MLO that’s doing it. It’s supposed to stop the scenarios at the garage, but it’s doing it to the whole map. Just remove the the YMT, as it won’t let you edit it. and put in your own thing to remove the NPCs and cars from the area. At least until Energy comes out with a fix.
