Another property in Paleto Bay named South Seas Apartmernts was completed, the property is located opposite Fleeca Bank. It has 12 small apartments with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. An empty pool was cleaned and filled with water. The exterior was changed and adapted.
Please check before purchasing my MLO’s Interior to make sure there are no conflicts with other MLO’s you have purchased before. If you are not sure, you can also ask me directly if there could be Problems.

with that being said we had a casino and hotels north on that pic from apartments as soon as we put them in the hotels stopped working and had to take out casino …that hotel had 20 rooms both mlos were around 40 bucks bro …what can be done about this
Sorry about the change of profile have a different one on my phone but the apartments work good but make the hotel and underground casino not work with Im guessing the collisions are bad once the apartments are in
yes, many People check, - or simply do not know how it works with Collision. A few Posts above I posted an extra Picture with collision so you can see which Buildings are attached.
If you could show me what other Buildings you have and where the Collision interferes, then I could possibly make a separate Collision.
For me it is also more pleasant if I can give you more Support further on my Discord Server.
i would actually only need the building where the other MLO/MLO’s are located, then I can edit the collision there and make a separate file ready to stream with.

I have a few questions.
