Empty luxury interiors are perfect for any housing system, where you have the possibility to furnish your house as you like. Each shell has a swimming pool and a garage to store several cars.
This package does not contain any house scripts.
Of course these shells compatible with both ESX and QB or any other custom framework.
The package contains the interior as PROPS and as MLO, so you can choose which you need for your house system.

If you spawn houses as PROP, you won’t be able to swim in the pools! I’ve tried many ways to solve this, but I don’t think it’s possible to solve this in GTA.
Obviously, if you use it as MLO, you will of course not have this problem!
