They are not made exclusively of vanilla props, all the lights are custom, 2 of the interiors has custom doors, and most of the details are custom made, even gta props are remodeled to better accomodate the interior. If you are not satisfied for the price you can just avoid my release and move on, i can assure that i will not take it as an offence

I do like the lab in the construction yard, that is new to me but 60euro is crazy.
GLWS either way, ill check back from time to time to see if the price drops near 25euro.
