I have purchased the hospital and I am very happy, but I see that there are doors that are not accessible and some improvements for a possible update:
Make the cafeteria area accessible and open to the public.
Make the area where there are metal shutters a small pharmacy.
Make the upper floor accessible and maybe convert it into rooms for interned patients, because when you go upstairs the doors have no rooms and you fall through them.
Make stairs for visitors leading to the subway parking.
Extend the morgue and connect it to the ground floor with internal stairs, perhaps using the exit door that is unused.
Even so I liked the hospital very much, it is very good for the price and I look forward to future updates, very good work!
Hey there, thanks for your feedback! I wanted to clarify a few things to help us better understand each other and to explain some of the design choices.
Cafeteria & Metal Shutters – The shutters you mentioned are actually part of the cafeteria, and the only potentially “restricted” area would be a future kitchen behind them. The cafeteria itself is already open and accessible.
Upper Floor – This floor was intentionally designed as a fake floor to create depth. It’s not meant to be explored, which is why there aren’t rooms or detailed interiors.
Underground Parking Stairs – While technically possible, adding stairs to the underground parking wouldn’t be practical since an elevator already connects it directly to the main lobby. Stairs in that context wouldn’t really serve a purpose.
Morgue Expansion – The exit door you’re referring to is actually on the opposite side of the underground parking, so connecting them wouldn’t make sense structurally.
Non-Accessible Doors – Some doors are intentionally placed for visual depth and realism—not every door is meant to lead somewhere. This is a common design choice in game environments.
Pharmacy Location – While adding a pharmacy is a reasonable idea, the best spot for it would actually be near the gift shop, on the opposite side of where you suggested, not where the metal shutters are.
That said, let me know if I understood your suggestions correctly! We always appreciate feedback and are open to future improvements. The hospital was designed to allow for expansions without needing a full overhaul. Thanks again for your support, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
