[MLO] Logistic Company

Honestly, the name “Logistics Company” was set as an example, because in this building can be located by anyone. It depends on the imagination of the owner of the modification. Moreover, you can easily replace all the textures in this building.

But since my example is a “Logistics Company”, then I will talk about the convenience of the building for her.

It has:
-Comfortable front parking lot for customers;
-Large rear parking lot for staff and work vehicles;
-A garage for service of work vehicles (with radio).

The main building is an office with all the necessary offices:
-Hall (with radio);
-Conference room, behind which is the reception area (room behind the glass);
-Toilet for visitors;
-Security room;
-Managers’ room (in our case, those who monitor transport);

Second floor:
-Boss’s office;
-Toilet for staff;
-Office;
-Staff kitchen;
-Storage room (for storing documents).

On the technical part:
-Packege size - 61 mb;
-The interior is set audio emitters (sounds from different points, type of keyboard clacking).
-Also audio occlusion, which does not let into the interior sounds of rain, cars, wind, etc. (There are some sounds that I can not yet remove, such as crows and other desert inhabitants).
-All doors slam and almost all have sounds. There are problems with the door to the garage (I will try to solve).

Change Log 1.1

-Fixed collision in ParkingHut (because it was missing);
-Fixed the glowing doors in the lobby;
-Added some props in conference hall;
-Added Car Generator on parking lots [Now, so that the parking lot does not seem empty, it will randomly spawn transport. On the working parking lot will appear only trucks. (More details on the picture below)];
-Added new decals at the entrance to the work parking lot (to have a smooth transition).

-Changed garage doors (now it’s just a regular garage door);
-Added entity sets:
(entityset name) gcom_lc_garage_1 - defaut garage;
(entityset name) gcom_lc_garage_2 - garage with storage;
-Added FREE script for security room (for cameras in interior).

It is not possible to install the script separately. It is available to those who have previously purchased the interior.
Now, when you enter the garage, it will be empty. You will need your own script to activate the entityset. I think your server developer can help you with that.

Available for upgrade now. An updated version will be available to new customers.
All changes can already be tested on the showcase server.
