did you start it correctly?
Yes, I keep getting VehiclePopulation error as well as all of my members. I turned it off, and the crashing stopped. Very weird

this map made my citizens crash back to back to back and i forgot i even added it so it had me stumped. DO NOT USE THS MLO. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
