It’s nice, but you really didn’t need to make an MLO for something that small. Rockstar don’t even do MLOs for things of that size, look at the weed shop on the beach for example. It is probably worse for performance to have an MLO then it would to not for something of that size.

Hello, thank you for your comment on my work.
I chose to do an MLO to be able to integrate a timecycle otherwise I did not have to do an MLO.
But the advantage also is that it avoids the problem of rain that crosses all what is not a MLO.
