Hello,

I have decided to put the fire station in the Davis sector, one of my finished and functional sites, up for sale.

This fire station contains :

  • Main reception
    Chairs, computers, keyboards, mice set up

  • Waiting room
    Sofas, plants, dispensers, firefighter photo frames, waterfall, lamps installed

  • Cloakrooms
    Lockers, bench, sink, showers, WC and lamps set up

  • Storage room
    For the moment shelves have been put in place, a small display case has been placed like the armory on the police side.

  • Elevator
    Possibility to enter inside with dynamic doors placed in the same places on the ground floor and in the basement for parking in order to be able to set up a more realistic scenario for this than a simple TP.

  • Kitchen
    Module and kitchen furniture, dining table, chairs, mini fridge for sodas set up

  • Rest room
    Beds, night lights, corner TV cabinet, armchairs installed

  • Administrations
    Offices (5 slightly different from each other), meeting room, debriefing room, shelves with documents

  • Underground car parks
    10 parking spaces for personal or emergency vehicles.
    Fitted elevator with interior and dynamic doors for public works on the ground floor.

New releases coming soon :

  • Elevators
    The elevator which will be positioned elsewhere to reach the 3 floors (Basement, ground floor and 1st floor) and which will free up more space in the storage room.

  • Underground parking
    It will be bigger with more parking space and the descent may be in a straight line depending on the change of the elevator.

  • Cloakrooms
    Mirror to come above the sink.

  • Lightings
    Lamps to come on the ceiling in the basement and 1st floor, for the moment the offices are already equipped with small lamps.
