I like the idea, but for me I see many many things that makes the MLO drop the price drastically. Which is sad because I’m pretty sure you it was meant to be super good.

First of all the doors, need to be fixed cause it looks weird
Front entrance is also weird doesn’t make sense to enter from this place, maybe find a smaller door somewhere in the building and make a corridor that link to factory?
Shadows inside, idk if it’s related to your pc or not but I feel like she shadow are missing it gives the vibes of an Ymap instead of mlo
Also unsure if a chemical factory should have some « high end » desk and stuff like that as well
