This looks really clean
Armadillo needed some love and this definitely gives it that proper “alive town” feel. 18 interiors is wild — especially with no dependencies.
How’s the optimization with ~999 entities? Any noticeable impact in heavier RP scenes? And are the interiors IPL-based or fully custom shells?
Also… now I’m curious about that secret MLO
Nice work.

thank you, these are real MLOs with custom shells, props are in the .ytyp file just like MLOs from the game, they are not spawned by a script, you can test fps on our server
That’s good to hear — static .ytyp placement is definitely the right way to do it
Baked props are always better than runtime spawn loops from a stability standpoint.
Out of curiosity — have you tested it under heavier concurrency? Like 30–40 players in the main town square area at once?
Even static MLO density can start affecting:
• Streaming load
• Collision checks
• Draw calls
• Replication scope in busy scenes
Not saying it will — just thinking from a high-density RP scenario perspective.
Looks really clean from the screenshots though. Armadillo definitely feels more alive

I haven’t tested it, but no one complained about our previous MLO, everything was stable. In our MLOs, we use a script for dynamic loading of MLOs, so it’s not like all MLOs are loaded at once, which also provides optimization.
