Maze Bank Tower Render issue

What is the issue you’re having?

For some reason, the Maze Bank Tower doesn’t seem to load the top completely? I thought it may have been an issue with the whole bob_ipl stuff so i downloaded the latest and it was still an issue.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

tried redownloading a new version of bob_ipl but no fix
