What benefits can we give to you?
Since sometimes, we provide customs and vectorials minimaps to our interiors.
We provide necessary scripts of certain products. You will find the related informations in the product’s descriptions.
Can I customize my interiors?
Yes! Textures: Our textures are in a texture dictionary (*.ytd) so you can easily change they as your needs! 3D Models: Some of our models will not be locked if you want to customize them (ex: brand badges, interior’s names, exterior buildings).
Are your files protected?
Yes, but we don’t lock the files that we modify of GTA (ex: exterior buildings).
I have an issue, can I have some help?
Of course! Be courteous and wait our response: we are not necessarily on the same time slot as you!
I have some compatibility issues with another creator’s MLO/Map, what can I do?
Do a compatibility request. We will do the necessary according to our availability and the feasibility.
How will my subscription be renewed?
Your subscription will be automatically renewed 30 days after the first subscription date.
No refunds will be allowed in case of forgotten cancellations.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. There is no obligation on your part.
Your keymaster assets will be automatically revoked instantly. You will have to re-subscribe to keep it active.
We’ve purchased this resource. G&N does a really good job making content that brings life to GTA. Mapping is performant and runs really well.
He even goes the extra mile to make sure you have access to various forms of map compatibility.
For example, we’ve paired this map with @Prompt’s Sandy Beach/Marina mod seamlessly without any issues.
Before you bauk on the price, I urge you, this is well worth the money, if you can afford it.
Housing interiors for players, sheriff station for LEO, clinic for EMS, hotel for additional player lodging… This makes Sandy feel alive and viable for roleplay.

Its possible to know how many .ydr / .ybn files exist there? Its existing also an pgrawstreaming Limit for Servers and i think we are here for sure over 1000 Assets or ?
We are streaming 137 YDR + 24 YBN just for the remaster.
If we include all the interiors created, the total with the remaster amounts to:
~950 YDR
~150 YBN
Since we create DLC resources, multiple projects can use the same YDR from the DLC resource instead of streaming it separately for each project.
This means that if you use, for example, our Grapeseed bundle or other interior locations sold in Los Santos or Paleto Bay (e.g., Mirror Park Burgershot, LS Laundry, Davis Sheriff…), the YDRs will already be streamed for Sandy Shores, so you won’t need to stream them again for these other locations.
