After remodding an abandoned jetty/pier, the car club has created a meeting place for car enthusiasts.
Two versions are available
---- STANDARD MAP -----
No jump version,
---- FEATURES -----
More detailed (more props, signs etc)
Plenty of parking
Mechanic area
Bar area
Its not a good car club if there are no stolen signs, traffic lights etc placed around
Custom, modified game props and normal props
Avoids interference with peds and traffic
No base game files modifed so will not conflict with other maps in the area
----- JUMP MAP -----
Stunt props have been modifed in Blender to render as a normal prop
Bouys added to the water to measure distance jumped, no one can make it to the 5th bouy!
