Los Santos Aquarium at the Del Perro Pier provides a relaxing area and view as you stroll down the pier.
If you stroll onto the beach, there is another viewing area on that side, sit on the deck and enjoy the sea air and watch the fish.

Placed outside of any cargens or scenarios
No game files modified so it should not conflict with other maps or mlos in the area.
The building is sealed, but if you have no-spawn, you can swim with the fishes
