Not sure how to get it.

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried lowering my graphics settings from very high to high and still is very laggy only in the Grove Street area.

The particular area seems to be majorly less laggy when snow weather is enabled?

I get some minor lag around the map but not as bad as Grove Street and the city area.

I’m not sure if it could be my internet? My friends don’t have lag in the city or grove street area so I’m concerned.

Have you tried verifying your game files?

snow/fog causes distance occlusion that’s probably why it’s rendering with better performance when the weather is active.
