Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows antivirus thing I dont have other antivirus programs
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

What is the issue you’re having? When I try installing FiveM I get LZMA decoding error 9 and when I press ok multiple times it says LZMA decoding error 11

What are you trying to do? I tried with Cable connection, restarted my computer, reinstalled GTAV

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Yes multiple times
