Hi so one day I was responding to a call but when I hit q the lights would not turn and I have not found a way to fix it if someone knows how that would be amazing.

Make sure your server is all the way up to date and on the newest pipeline, with updated artifacts. Sometimes, that can help!
Not my server but I belive it is also it has happend on 3 servers at this point
I know this is an old thread but should someone find this on Google as I did in my quest.
The script uses the Radio Wheel keybind as the on/off for the lights. Should you find the Q keybind not working make sure your Radio Wheel keybind is “Q”. If not your lights should turn on with whatever keybind that is set to.
Cant believe this is 5 years old it was a simple fix the issue was the vehicle was not set as a emergency vehicle in the vehicles.meta file
In all fairness this may have been the issue for you (which you never did specify what fixed the issue).
However my car was an emergency vehicle and the topic is named “q keybind does not work”. Making sure the “radio” keybind being set to “q” fixed my issue and I felt that should be included as another option to look at if someone’s “q” isn’t working and their car is classified correctly.
